Who are we? Meet Emily and Jerry
Hi, we’re Jerry and Emily. Two ‘90s kids shaped by an era defined by rapid change, creative experimentation, and cultural evolution.
Emily’s passion for storytelling led her to pursue a degree in Creative Writing. I followed a path into Art and Animation for Video Game Design at Champlain College. That is where we met, fell in love, and unknowingly laid the foundation for what would eventually become Relive Retro.
In 2015, we launched VintageVideoGame.com as a way to connect with others who shared our love for retro games, toys, and collectibles. Our presence grew through conventions like Brooklyn Geek Fest and Long Island Retro, where we discovered something deeper. Retro was never just about the objects themselves. It was about the memories, creativity, and connections they inspired.
The VintageVideoGame.com Facebook group has grown to more than 3,000 members since its creation in 2015. If you are here today, there is a good chance that community helped lead you here.
